1. Requesting a Quote
Interested in custom quantities, sizes and stocks? Request a quote and supply all the details and you will receive a detailed quote including shipping for you to approve. You should also provide a file for the most accurate quote.

2. Uploading Your Files
Once you have placed your order or requested a quote, you can then e-mail your design file
to contact@weneedmerch.com. If your image is to large to send, we recommend using Yousendit.com,
Its a free service thats lets you send large files through e-mail.

3. Quote Approval
Your quote will be prepared and sent back to you via email within 24 hours.

4. Billing Process
You will receive a detailed invoice once your order has been processed. Payment must be received before your order can move into production, unless your account has been approved for net terms. Local customers can pickup orders free of charge at our Northern California base.
